The Lagoon 40 combines contemporary design, comfortable living spaces and excellent sailing characteristics, making it an attractive choice for both charter investment and private cruising.
Previously operated in charter, this catamaran has been exceptionally well maintained and offers a practical layout for accommodating family and friends. The four-cabin, four-head configuration provides comfortable accommodation, while the forward cockpit creates an additional space to relax and enjoy life on board.
The interior features Alpi Sand Oak woodwork, Dark Oak flooring and Grand Comfort upholstery. The saloon offers a double berth, an additional 100-litre refrigerator and a fully equipped entertainment setup. Air conditioning throughout the saloon and cabins, together with the installed generator, enhances comfort during extended stays on board.
Powered by twin 45 HP Yanmar engines, the Lagoon 40 is equipped with a Dacron square-top mainsail and a lazy bag. The Raymarine navigation package includes an Axiom Pro 12-inch display, autopilot, wind instrumentation and VHF radio, supporting confident navigation and easier handling.
Additional highlights include exterior cushions for both cockpits, a 300-litre freshwater tank, electric toilets, a water purifier and a stainless-steel dinghy hoisting system. An ice maker and TV in the saloon complete the onboard amenities.
